It's already out there.
Whatever you're looking for—that recipe, that workout routine, that habit planner, that perfect playlist, that golden advice—it exists. Everything that was ever meant to be said has already been said. You'll very, very rarely find original stuff. We say the same things over and over again; sometimes we change the way we present it, sometimes it's the tone, and sometimes it's the choice of words.
For example, there is a famous quote by Charles Bukowski which goes
Find what you love and let it kill you.
Sounds very cool, doesn't it? It does, but if you try to understand it, what that sentence means is that one day, all of us are going to die and no one is going to remember us (speaking for the average human being here), so it's better to do the things you love to do till you fucking die.
The song just Fits the vibe, don't overthink it.
The basic idea is very simple and boring: 'Do what you love,' but the way it is phrased here makes it seem interesting and adds an extra layer of maturity and depth to it. Mixing death with any philosophical fact makes it ten times better because death scares the shit out of people.
I like this whole scenario because it gives me hope, removes that anxiety of always doing something unique, and makes me realize that what I have to work on is my way of presenting what has already been said before. I just have to add my wits and quirks to it, and boom, I'll also sound super cool.
